Many purchasers who are considering a new building are unsure of the paperwork and applicable building codes that will be needed to help guarantee a successful completion to their project. Before you can begin construction, a building permit is necessary. Will the structure be built outside of city limits? If so, then it is possible that it may be exempt from local zoning regulations and therefore a building permit would be unnecessary. If you bought a pre-engineered steel building before you knew for certain that you had a building permit to proceed with the construction and then found out after you had already handed over all your cash that you could not build in the area you wanted to, you would probably be out a lot of money. >>> to be continued
