The last major question is about building code compliance. You can rest assured that UBC codes are met by the engineering designs of a steel building manufacturer. Just check the papers they give you to substantiate that it meets these building codes. Your local building inspector should be available to verify the safety and readiness of a pre-fabricated steel building. As a result, you will have a building that is not only safe to work inside, but one that everybody can be proud of, as well.
