Some customers choose to have their new building trucked in to the place of construction before the beginning of the erection process. In order to protect all the pre-engineered pieces from dust contamination, the customer should check and double-check to see that adequate covering is in place over the pre-engineered framing pieces. Primer and protective coatings are already on the pre-engineered parts when they arrive at the job site. This protective coating does not make the steel framing pieces 100% impervious to the weather, however, even if the building parts will be sitting at the construction site for only a short period of time.  >>>to be concluded
